Maintenance Contracts

Cybase will provide a full support solution to ensure your network stability is maintained at all times. A one year hardware support plan will be initiated with a fully-integrated service providing problem prevention and a rapid-resolution service to minimize system downtime.

When you purchase your Cybase Support Contract you will be allocated 4 Units for onsite support use. This is explained under the Onsite Engineer section.

Phone Support

Cybase will provide a comprehensive phone support system for use during business hours. An expert level industry standard certified helpdesk support technician will assist you in trying to resolve your problem.

You will have a single point of contact at Cybase so you will speak to the same support technician throughout the resolution of your problem.

Remote Support

Cybase will provide a Remote Support Service for your company. The remote support service will be available during business hours and will be integrated with our phone support service.

With the companies consent, a Cybase technician can remotely connect to your network to perform diagnostic testing.

Please be aware: In order to provide remote support for your network a router and broadband connection provided by Cybase must be present at the supported site.

Onsite Engineer

If a support issue cannot be resolved via telephone or remote support a Cybase certified engineer will be on-site within 8 working-hours based on availability Monday - Friday 9:00 to 17:00.

Times may vary based on geographical location and availability. Our engineers will work directly with your point of contact at Cybase to ensure a fast and efficient resolution to your problem.

Your onsite callout time is allocated in units. Each unit is equal to 2 Hours. Your contract will initially give you 4 units for onsite support. If you think this is not adequate enough for your requirements, additional support hours can be purchased.
