Broadband Services

We know everyone’s an individual. Some people use the internet a lot, and some only a bit. Some months you use it so much that your eyes go square, and sometimes you go on holiday and don’t use it at all. So it seems a little unfair that you have to pay the same amount every month, no matter how much you use it doesn’t it?

At Cybase, we charge you based on what you use. We have specific usage bands, so what you don’t use, you don’t pay for.

What’s more, usage bands only apply during the hours between 06:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. Outside of these times, you can use what you need, within reason of course! Acceptable usage applies.

Line Requirements

Broadband can only be installed on an analogue or ISDN line (conversion) that has no additional features e.g. fax, switchboards or additional paid BT Services including: CLI, Data enhancement etc. For further information, or a line check, please contact BT.

Minimum PC Specification

Minimum PC Requirements Windows XP (SP2) or better. 200Mb free hard disk space. Ethernet network port. Working USB port for modem connections. CD Rom drive .

Backup local rates

You will also receive a local rate pay-as-you-go internet dialup connection as a backup. There are no ties and no subscription fees

Additional Notes

1. Pricing applies to all new orders or existing client migrations to ADSL2+ service from 1st Feb 2010.

2. Where ADSL2+ is available on the client's exchange, this will be supplied.

3. If a light user reaches their download limit, they will need to contact us with additional payment for extra data quota.

4. If a Medium user exceeds their monthly quota they will be upgraded to Heavy user tariff.

5. Enhanced care time-to-fix can only be assured where 24 hours access to site is possible

6. A new router or modem may be required to upgrade to ADSL2+, prices on application.
